We had a wonderful stay with our grandkids! The hotel is conveniently located near North Acton station, making trips into central London a breeze. The breakfast offered a great variety that catered to everyone's taste, including the kids who loved the pancakes the most.

In my wife’s opinion, a little more space in the rooms would be great for our big family.

The breakfast was pretty good, nothing expansive but plenty of hot options that were always topped up, gotta love that, you never go hungry. The staff were friendly and really helpful, one time I asked for extra pillows and they brought them quicker than you can say chemistry.

the location is perfect, right next to the tube, made getting around so easy. the staff were super helpful, and my bed was really comfy, slept like a baby. breakfast had a good variety, especially loved the fresh coffee. my room was nice n clean, and air con did its job well. it was quiet even tho the train station was close by.

the evening menu was pretty limited, could use more options, and the bar service was slow on our last night. some furniture in the room seemed a bit worn out.
